Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1.    PRICING
Pricing is set at package prices. Add-ons are per person for any persons over the age of 10 years old. For any Add-ons with extremely short hair please make note in your invoice when paying the deposit and it can be discussed at your trial.
2.    BRIDAL TRIALS
All trials are held at Iconix Bargo - Shop 2, 81-87 Westbourne Ave Thirlmere. Trials are held between Tuesday - Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays when available and not busy with weddings and special occasions.
3.    BOOKINGS 
To secure your wedding date, a $300 booking fee is due at the time of signing these terms. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance. 
All bookings fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of the reason given but can be transferable within a 6month time frame. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. In the unlikely event that IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid; less services provided.
4.    BOOKING NUMBERS
Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup does not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
5.    TRAVEL 
Travel is included in all package prices. If location changes at any time a travel fee can be charged if not in package area
6.    EARLY CALL TIMES 
Early start is included in all package prices. If there is a requirement to go to the brides location the day before to "set the hair" a fee will be charged at $60/hr
7.    SATISFACTION 
Services will be completed to each client’s satisfaction on the wedding day. Ample time is given for each style upon booking. Verbal agreement is thereby confirming the client is happy with the services performed. If the client is unhappy with the styling provided, they must raise their concern whilst IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup is still on location and it will be rectified.
For a flawless look on your wedding day, a hair and makeup regime will be discussed with you when booking. If this is not followed to that or the same standard, then IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup will take no responsibility for the outcome of the style&/or makeup on the wedding day.
8.     CANCELLATIONS 
Cancelling or rescheduling of trials requires 1 month notice. Cancelling of weddings requires 2 month's notice. Failure to notify IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup prior to 60 days, will result in payment being due in full. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the email address supplied. If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not been made, IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expense of the client.

9.     COVID-19 
Enforced cancellations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in the bride receiving a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup is unavailable for the new date, then the booking fee is forfeited as the booking fee is non-refundable.
10.     RESCHEDULE/POSTPONEMENTS
If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding, you may be subject to new pricing.
11.     SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS
Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride however, there are certain requirements the stylist needs to complete services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the stylist. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly.
12.    LIABILITY 
By signing this contract, the client removes IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup from any personal responsibility if there should be any damages incurred to the client and/or bridesmaids or any other party member due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services.
13.    PARKING FEES 
Parking needs to be provided onsite at the getting ready location. All hotels will need to have a space available onsite for parking and the fee will be added to the client’s room bill.
14.    PAYMENT
The final balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding as one payment, no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire bill is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payment can be paid via the invoice provided.
15.   USE OF IMAGES  
It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. By signing this contract, you give confirmation for IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup to contact the client's wedding photographer to access professional images and use them on social media/website for promotional purposes. Please let IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or not happy with IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup sharing images for marketing purposes. IconiX Mobile Bridal Hair & Makeup is happy to be photographed on your wedding day however please ensure we are tagged @iconixmobilebridal or credited for the work performed.
